本实验以天然抗碱盐植物碱地肤为材料,将NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3按不同的比例混合,模拟出的胁迫处理覆盖了总盐度80~400 mmol.L-1,pH 6.93~10.68范围内的各种盐碱混合的生态条件,并对碱地肤幼苗进行胁迫处理。通过测定碱地肤幼苗的含水量,并对数据进行统计学分析,进而探讨盐碱混合胁迫对碱地肤生长的影响特点,同时对盐碱混合胁迫的作用因素加以分析。
In this experiment, the natural alkali-resistant Alkaliphilic plant was used as material, NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 were mixed in different proportions. The simulated stress treatment covered the total salinity 80-400 mmol.L-1, pH 6.93 ~ 10.68 within the range of various saline-alkali mixed ecological conditions, and the alkali-resistant seedlings to deal with stress. By measuring the water content of the seedlings of Alkali konjac and analyzing the data statistically, the effects of salt - alkali mixed stress on the growth of Alkaloid konjac were studied. At the same time, the factors affecting the salt - alkali mixed stress were analyzed.
