本试验研究了碱性土(pH=8)上枳、枳橙、红桔砧伏令夏橙(Citrus sinensis Osbeck)根系阳离子交换量、活力、单位重量体积及水分含量的差异。结果表明,枳砧根阳离子交换量季节变化呈双峰曲线,而枳橙砧呈单峰曲线,红桔砧间于二者之间;在根系第二次生长高峰时(6月)枳砧值显著低于红桔及枳橙砧的值(P<0.01)。3种砧木根系活力在7~8月均处于较高水平。根体积在生长后期(9~10日)高于生长前期,而根系含水量则为7~8月伏旱期高于其他月份。
This experiment studied the cation exchange capacity, vigor, weight per unit weight and water content of Citrus sinensis Osbeck on Citrus sinensis Osbeck (Citrus sinensis Osbeck) in the soil of Alkaline Soil (pH = 8). The results showed that the seasonal variation of cation exchange capacity of the leaves was double-peak curve, while the orange anvil root showed a single peak curve and the red anvil root was between the two. At the second growth peak of the root (June) Significantly lower than the red orange and orange anvil (P <0.01). The root activity of the three kinds of rootstocks were all at a high level from July to August. The root volume was higher in the late growth stage (9-10 days) than in the early growth stage, whereas the root water content was higher in the drought period from July to August than in the other months.
