本文通过对中牟县严峻的水资源供需形势分析,在指出了中牟县农业水资源管理存在的主要问题基础上,通过对农业水资源管理机制的探讨,提出了关于加强水资源管理、保护和节约用水工作,大力推行计划用水和节约用水等保护水资源的有效途径,促进节水农业发展和水资源管理机制的转变,实现水资源的可持续利用。
