应用四种不同浓度的秋水仙素尾静脉注射小鼠后,分别观察其腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清中TNF水平的改变结果显示,与对照组相比,12.5—100μg/只的注射量均能明显增强腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能(P<0.05)。发现25μg/只注射量组小鼠血清TNF水平显著增高(P<0.05)。其它剂量组虽有升高,却无统计学意义。表明秋水仙素可增强巨噬细胞功能,且在一定的用药剂量下可促进巨噬细胞分泌TNF。
After the mice were injected with four different concentrations of colchicine intravenously, the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages and changes in serum TNF levels were observed. The results showed that the injection volume was 12.5-100 μg/body compared to the control group. The phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages was significantly enhanced (P<0.05). It was found that serum TNF levels were significantly higher in 25 μg/ml mice (P<0.05). Although other dose groups were elevated, they were not statistically significant. It shows that colchicine can enhance macrophage function, and can promote macrophage secretion of TNF under a certain dosage.
