目的:观察尘肺在螺旋CT(SCT)及高分辨率CT(HRCT)的表现,探讨两者的结合应用对提高尘肺诊断的价值。方法:已明确诊断尘肺患者25例均行全肺SCT扫描,然后在主动脉弓顶、气管隆凸、气管分叉下3 cm、右膈上2 cm重点兴趣区行HRCT检查。观察和比较尘肺在SCT与HRCT的表现。结果:本组25例患者SCT与HRCT能很好显示尘肺结节、大阴影、肺门及纵隔淋巴结增大、肺气肿及合并症;HRCT能清晰显示尘肺结节、肺小叶间隔增厚、各型肺气肿和大阴影等病变的特征。结论:SCT结合HRCT有利于尘肺的诊断与鉴别诊断。
Objective: To observe the performance of pneumoconiosis in spiral CT (SCT) and high resolution CT (HRCT), and to explore the value of combination of the two in improving the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. Methods: Twenty-five patients with pneumoconiosis had been confirmed by SCT scanning. HRCT examination was performed on the aortic arch, tracheal protuberance, 3 cm below the trachea and 2 cm above the right suprarenal area. Observe and compare the performance of pneumoconiosis in SCT and HRCT. Results: SCT and HRCT in 25 patients showed pneumoconiosis, large shadow, enlarged hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes, emphysema and comorbidities. HRCT clearly showed pneumoconiosis, thickening of interlobular septa, Various types of emphysema and large shadow lesions and other characteristics. Conclusion: SCT combined with HRCT is good for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.
