乌干达正在推广一种储藏红薯的技术,可以使红薯在3个月内保鲜不变质。 这项新技术的具体做法是:根据收获红薯的数量,先在地上挖一个坑或一条沟,然后把红薯放在坑里或沟里,最后用干草和泥巴把坑或沟封好。
Uganda is promoting a technology to store sweet potatoes so that sweet potatoes can be kept fresh within three months without spoiling. The new technique is based on the number of sweet potatoes harvested by first digging a pit or trench in the ground and then placing the sweet potato in a pit or ditch where it is finally sealed with hay and mud.
