在重离子研究装置(HIRFL)上采用46.6MeV/amuC~(6+)离子对四种不同作物种子进行遗传学效应研究,结果表明:重离子对种子的萌发能力和生长发育均有明显的抑制作用,根尖细胞中出现的染色体畸变具有多种类型,而且畸变频率均高于对照组,同时还观察到四种作物之间辐射敏感性的差异。本文还讨论了中能重离子(10—100MeV/amu)在诱变育种及其机理研究中的应用前景,介绍了植物样品辐照的装置。
The genetic effects of 46.6MeV / amuC ~ (6+) ions on four different crop seeds were studied on HIRFL. The results showed that heavy ions significantly inhibited seed germination and growth There are many types of chromosome aberrations in root tip cells, and the frequency of aberrations are higher than that of the control group. At the same time, differences in radiation sensitivity between the four crops are also observed. This paper also discussed the potential application of heavy ion (10-100 MeV / amu) in mutagenesis breeding and its mechanism, and introduced the plant irradiation device.
