目的了解油库职业病危害现状,提出相应防控措施建议。方法采用现场职业卫生调查和工作场所职业病危害因素检测相结合的方法进行评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有化学毒物、噪声、高温等,各种职业病危害因素的检测结果分别为:噪声强度62.1~90.4 dB(A),司泵工8 h等效连续A声级均超过职业接触限值,超标率33.3%;WBGT指数为30.2~35.8。超标点位码头区和油罐区;苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丁二烯接触浓度均未超出职业接触限值,发油工岗位溶剂汽油短时间接触浓度超出职业接触限值。结论油库的主要职业病危害因素是化学毒物,应从职业病危害发生的关键部位加强防治工作。
Objective To understand the current status of occupational hazards in oil depots and to put forward corresponding suggestions on prevention and control measures. Methods The methods of on-site occupational health survey and workplace occupational hazards testing were used to evaluate the method. Results The main occupational hazards in the project were chemical poisons, noise, high temperature and so on. The detection results of various occupational hazards were as follows: noise intensity 62.1-90.4 dB (A) All exceeded the occupational exposure limit, exceeding the standard rate of 33.3%; WBGT index was 30.2 ~ 35.8. Exceeding the punctuality quay area and oil tank area; the contact concentration of benzene, toluene, xylene and butadiene did not exceed the occupational exposure limit, and the short-term exposure concentration of solvent gasoline to the oil sending post exceeded the occupational exposure limit. Conclusion The major occupational hazards of oil depots are chemical poisons. Prevention and control work should be strengthened from the key parts where occupational hazards occur.
