西山矿务局第十二次科技工作会暨九四年度科技成果表彰会于1996年4月20日在局招待所召开。参加会议的有各矿厂(处)的总工、科研科长或管理人员共200余人。局党政主要领导及煤管局科技处领导出席会议并讲话。张惠钧第一副局长回顾总结了近两年来科技工作情况,安排了“九五”科技发展规划和九六年的工作。
The Xishan Mining Bureau's Twelfth Scientific and Technological Work Conference and the 1994 Commendation of Scientific and Technological Achievements were held on April 20, 1996 in the Bureau Guest House. There are more than 200 chief engineers, chief scientific officers or managers of all mines (offices) participating in the conference. The main leaders of the party and government and the Bureau of Science and Technology of the Coal Mine leaders attended the meeting and delivered speeches. First Deputy Commissioner Zhang Huijun reviewed and summarized the scientific and technological work in the past two years and arranged the “Nine-Five” science and technology development plan and the work in 1996.
