在油田进入聚合物驱油阶段后,为了保证井口注入水质合格,避免二次污染,每年需安排聚驱注入井进行洗井。随着注聚井数的增多,洗井将会产生大量的含聚洗井返排液。由于聚驱洗井液成分复杂、粘度大,不能直接进入含聚污水系统进行处理。所以油田建立能够有效快捷处理含聚洗井液的处理站将迫在眉睫。本文基于A油田实际现状,通过预测未来A油田聚驱井数变化情况,确定了含聚洗井液处理站建设规模和处理能力,在此基础上通过对比自然沉降法、回注调剖法以及机械剪切降粘法三种含聚洗井液处理工艺优缺点,最终确定采用机械剪切降粘法为本项目含聚洗井液处理工艺。本文运用工程项目可行性评价方法,论证了含聚洗井液处理站建设的必需性,从经济上论述含聚洗井液处理站的可行性,同时在定性和定量的经济效益分析基础之上,对该项目在技术上的先进性、适用性,经济上的合理性、盈利性,环境上的必要性与实施上的可能性和风险性进行了全面科学的综合分析,最终分析、判断进行A油田含聚洗井液处理站项目的方案是可行的。
After the oilfield enters the polymer flooding stage, in order to ensure that the wellhead is injected with water quality and secondary pollution is avoided, a poly-flooding injection well needs to be arranged to wash wells every year. With the increase in the number of injection wells, washing wells will produce a lot of poly backwash with poly backwash. Due to the complexity of poly-flooding well fluid and its high viscosity, it can not be directly processed into polycondensate-containing sewage system. Therefore, the establishment of the oilfield to be able to effectively and quickly deal with poly-rinsing fluid processing station will be imminent. Based on the actual situation of A field, this paper determined the construction scale and processing capacity of poly-well washing fluid treatment station by predicting the change of poly-flooding wells in future A field. Based on the comparison of natural settlement method, reinjection profile method and Mechanical shearing viscosity reduction method with three poly well flushing fluid processing advantages and disadvantages of the final determination of the mechanical shear viscosity reduction method for the project containing polywashing fluid treatment process. In this paper, the feasibility of engineering project feasibility assessment method is used to demonstrate the necessity of polycondensate well treatment station construction. The feasibility of polycondensate well treatment station is discussed economically. On the basis of qualitative and quantitative economic benefit analysis , Conducted a comprehensive and scientific comprehensive analysis of the project on the technical advanced nature, applicability, economic rationality, profitability, environmental necessity and the possibility and risk of implementation, and finally analyzed and judged the progress A field containing polywash fluid treatment station project program is feasible.
