食品安全关系国计民生与社会稳定,食品安全事件频发的内在动因是食品企业社会责任的缺失。当前,我国食品安全治理中的“政府失灵”与“市场失灵”问题并存,中小食品企业的可持续成长与社会责任问题并存。构建实施基于政府、社会组织和企业参与的中小食品企业社会责任协同培育机制,是走出这两种困境的重要途径。
The relationship between people’s livelihood and social stability is related to food safety. The internal motivation for frequent food safety incidents is the lack of social responsibility of food enterprises. At present, the problems of “government failure” and “market failure” coexist in the food safety governance of our country, and the sustainable growth and social responsibility of small and medium-sized food enterprises coexist. It is an important way to construct and implement a mechanism for cultivating social responsibility of small and medium-sized food enterprises based on the participation of government, social organizations and enterprises.
