为防御长江洪水的袭击,综合开发波阳湖区的水、土资源,省水利学会最近在新建县召开了“波阳湖控制性水利枢纽”学术讨论会。这次讨论会主要是探讨波阳湖的远景整治设想及近期治理措施、是去年10月在九江市召开的波阳湖地区商品粮基地湖区水利建设学术讨论会的继续。会议指出:波阳湖既汇集省内赣、抚、信、饶、修五河之水,又受长江顶托和倒灌的影响,常受洪涝灾害的袭击,洪枯水位变幅大,给工农业生产和航运带来许多困难;而且由于长江中下游通江湖泊面积大部份被围控,部份江段泄流能力减小,原来因溃堤而自然分洪的
In order to prevent attacks from the Yangtze River flood and comprehensively develop water and land resources in the Bo Yang Lake area, the provincial Water Conservancy Society recently held a symposium on “the Beyang Lake Controlled Water Conservancy” in Xinjian County. This symposium mainly discussed the prospect of long-term renovation of Bo Yang Lake and its recent management measures. It is the continuation of the Symposium on Water Conservancy Construction in the Lake District of Commodity Grain Base in the Bo Yang Lake Area held in Jiujiang in October last year. The meeting pointed out: Although Bo Yang Lake brings together the water from Jiangxi Province, the Fuxin River, the Rao River and the Xiu River, it is also affected by the Yangtze River top-supporting and intrusion and is often hit by floods and floods. Agricultural production and shipping brought many difficulties; and because the area of rivers and lakes in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River was mostly controlled, the drainage capacity of some sections of the river decreased.
