本文就08Al钢热轧卷取温度对组织和性能的影响作了分析研究。根据透射电镜对AlN析出进行的观察,用金相法配合硬度试验测定不同卷取温度的冷轧板的再结晶曲线,并对退火后的冷轧板进行X射线极点密度、塑性应变比及晶粒度测量,证明08Al铜热轧板卷取温度不能提得过高。否则,将造成热轧板中AlN大量析出,最后导致成品板中对深冲性能有利的{111}<110>织构组元强度和平均塑性应变比r_m大幅度下降,显微组织由饼形晶粒转为等轴细晶粒。
In this paper, hot-rolled coil 08Al steel on the microstructure and properties of impact were analyzed. According to the observation of the precipitation of AlN by TEM, the recrystallization curves of the cold-rolled sheets with different coiling temperatures were measured by the metallographic method and the hardness test.
