目的探讨直型留置针使用过程中如何对贴膜固定位置、方法进行改进。方法将420例应用直型留置针的患者随机分组,对照组和观察组各210例,对照组按照常规操作流程进行,观察组对直型留置针使用过程中在贴膜固定位置、方法上进行改进,比较两组操作时间、一次穿刺成功率、脱管率等情况。结果观察组在操作时间、脱管率发生率方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论将直型留置针贴膜位置下移0.8~1.0cm,应用塑形+无张黏贴手法,可避免二次消毒,缩短操作时间,降低脱管率。
Objective To discuss how to improve the position and method of the foil during the use of the straight indwelling needle. Methods A total of 420 patients with straight indwelling needles were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 210 cases in each group. The control group was treated according to the routine operation procedure. The observation group was used to fix the position and method , Compared the two groups of operation time, the success rate of a puncture, take off rate and so on. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the operation time and the incidence of debridement rate, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The position of the straight type indwelling needle foil was moved downward by 0.8-1.0cm. The application of shaping + non-sticking technique could avoid the secondary disinfection, shorten the operation time and reduce the rate of detachment.
