1984年《中国农业大学学报》(社会科学版)创刊伊始,仅是归属于北京农业机械化学院的一本内刊。1985年和1996年,与学校更名、合并同步,这份期刊又先后以《北京农业工程大学学报》(社会科学版)和《中国农业大学学报》(社会科学版)面世。新世纪以来,《中国农业大学学报》(社会科学版)以“认识中国社会,关注乡村发展”为办刊宗旨,积极倡导并推动人文社会科学的理论创新,成为以三农问题研究为核心的专业性学术期刊。
1984 “China Agricultural University Journal” (Social Science Edition) at the beginning of the publication, only belonging to the Beijing Agricultural Mechanization College an internal publication. In 1985 and 1996, it was renamed and merged with the school. The journal was successively published in Journal of Beijing Agricultural Engineering University (Social Science Edition) and Journal of China Agricultural University (Social Science Edition). Since the beginning of the new century, “Journal of China Agricultural University” (Social Science Edition) has been advocating and promoting theoretical innovation of humanities and social sciences with the theme of “Understanding Chinese society and paying attention to rural development” The core of professional academic journals.
