慢性肾功能衰竭常伴有低血钙,但声带的内收痉挛作为低血钙的一个症状却很少在成人发生。作者报告两例成年慢性肾功能衰竭患者,皆因喉痉挛发作呼吸困难入院。间接喉镜检查除声带内收痉挛外余无异常,肌张力不增加,无中枢神经系病征,胸部X线检查正常,两侧血钙都明显低于正常,心电图Q-T间期均延长——符合低血钙。诊断为慢性肾功能衰竭低血钙继发喉痉
Chronic renal failure is often accompanied by hypocalcemia, but adrenal spasms of the vocal cords rarely occur in adults as a symptom of hypocalcemia. The authors report two patients with chronic renal failure in adults, all due to laryngospasm attack dyspnea admitted to hospital. Indirect laryngoscopy in addition to vocal cord adduct spasm no exception, no increase in muscle tone, no signs of central nervous system, chest X-ray examination was normal, both sides of the serum calcium were significantly lower than normal ECG QT interval were extended - in line with Hypoglycemia.
