目的:探讨竹沥水提取的最佳工艺。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定竹沥水提取液中总酚含量,比色法测定总氨基酸含量,热浸法测定水溶性浸出物含量,以其为评价指标,对浸泡平衡度、加水量、提取时间、提取次数进行单因素优选。结果:浸泡时间为60 min,加水量为7倍,提取时间为50 min,提取次数为2次的工艺为最佳工艺条件。结论:所用方法比醇提取成本降低,安全系数高,水提法适合竹沥的提取制备。
Objective: To explore the best technology of bamboo drainage. Methods: The content of total phenols in the extract of Zhu Dian was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The total amino acid content was determined by colorimetry. The content of water soluble extracts was determined by hot dip method. The evaluation index was used to evaluate the degree of soaking, water addition, and extraction. The time and the number of extractions are optimized by single factors. RESULTS: The soaking time was 60 min, the amount of water added was 7 times, the extraction time was 50 min, and the extraction time was 2 times. Conclusion: The method used has lower cost than alcohol extraction, and the safety factor is high. The water extraction method is suitable for the extraction and preparation of bamboo lek.
