在泰国现代经济史中,有两股力量加深和促进了工业结构的变化和整个经济的增长。一股是原来由泰国商业家族积累起来的金融资本,它已成为这个体系的核心;在此过程中,各类资本(商业、金融和工业)所居的地位发生了变化。另一股是实力不断增强的本地资本积累,本地资本通过合资企业和其他方法已经能够利用外国公司的技术和管理技能来维护它在生产结构中的领先地位。
In Thailand’s modern economic history, two forces have deepened and promoted the changes in the industrial structure and the growth of the entire economy. One is the financial capital originally built up by the Thai business family, which has become the core of the system; in the process, the position of various types of capital (business, finance and industry) has changed. The other is the growing accumulation of local capital which, through joint ventures and other means, has been able to capitalize on the technical and managerial skills of foreign companies to maintain its leading position in the manufacturing structure.
