送走了改革开放、光辉灿烂的八十年代,迎来了廿世纪的最后十年。总结过去,展望未来,十年来,总政话剧团始终把坚持正确的文艺方向作为立国之本,坚持为社会主义精神文明建设做贡献,坚持以军事题材戏剧为主,先后共创作、演出新剧目二十台,其中,歌颂老一辈无产阶级革命家丰功伟绩的革命历史剧及反映我军新一代指战员崭新精神丰貌的现代戏就有十九台。特别是近年推出的大型剧目《决战淮海》《中国,1949》在国内外引起了广泛的关注。在完成大型剧目创作的同时,还创作和演出了许多贴近部队现实生活的、广大指战员喜闻乐见的小戏和小品。我们深深地体会到,戏剧创作的繁荣,最根本的一条,是坚持了党的领导。

Summing up the past and looking forward to the future, in the past ten years, the General Political and Repertory Troupe has always adhered to the correct direction of literature and art as the foundation for its nation-building and has always insisted on making contributions to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. It has always adhered to the theme of military drama and has successively created and performed new repertoire Among them, 19 were modern historical drama which celebrated the great achievements of proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation and modern drama which reflected the brand-new spirit of our army’s new generation of commanders and soldiers. In particular, the large-scale repertoire “Huaihai Campaign” “China, 1949” launched in recent years has aroused widespread concern both at home and abroad. While accomplishing the creation of large-scale repertoires, many small operas and sketches that are loved by officers and soldiers who are close to the real life of the armed forces are also created and performed. We deeply understand that the most fundamental aspect of the prosperity of drama creation is that it upholds the party’s leadership.
