在给幼儿写评语时,用《幼儿园教育纲要》的要求来对照幼儿各方面的表现,写出这位幼儿做到了些什么,没有做到些什么等等,这是需要的。但我认为这种写评语的方法面面俱到,容易一般化,不易反映幼儿的个性。写评语要抓住能反映幼儿个性和主要特点的具体事例来写,意在以小见大,突出某一点,而且富有启发性。比如有这样的一段评语,它描述一个聪明可爱的孩子,克服骄傲自满情绪后取得了进步的事情:“冰冰,这学期你做了《龟兔赛跑》中的小兔子,是不是?希望你以后向《咪咪》中的咪咪学习,坚持天天锻炼身体,知道吗?”冰冰的家长看到这里自然要间孩子《龟兔赛跑》中的小兔子是什么样的,《咪咪》中的咪咪又是什么样的,孩子会把老师讲给他的故事讲给大人听。一方面家长知道了孩子在幼儿园的表现,另一方面也增强了幼jL的记忆力和语言表达能力。虽然只有短短的几行字,却显得很丰满,充满了亲切感,幼儿容易接受。还有这样的一段评语,它描述的是一个天资不足,接受能力较差的孩子认真做好清洁工作的事情。象这样类型的孩子评语一般不易写好,因为他各方面的表现不太突出,老师用扬长避短的方法这样写道: “老师夸我好,进步真不小。不是值日生,照样把地扫。”当这个孩子的父母把评语读给他听的时候,他竟羞红着脸笑了,
