本文通过对影响自我效能感的因素进行分析,将自我效能理论与体育教学中的一个项目即排球教学相结合,提出了教师在排球教学中应该有针对性的对成败经验、替代经验、社会劝说以及情绪状况和生理唤起四个方面实施干预。从而培养学生的自我效能感,对排球教学是良好的促进。
Through analyzing the factors that affect the sense of self-efficacy, combining the theory of self-efficacy with one of the teaching of volleyball teaching in physical education, this paper puts forward that teacher should have the experience of success or failure, alternative experience and social persuasion in volleyball teaching As well as emotional conditions and physical arousal in four aspects of intervention. In order to cultivate the sense of self-efficacy of students, volleyball teaching is a good promotion.
