目的观察氡温泉周边居民外周血淋巴细胞亚群百分数变化,分析氡对人类免疫功能的影响。方法采用简单随机抽样法抽取某地氡温泉周边居民42人及生活习惯相似,但未接触过氡温泉的居民44人。采用流式细胞术检测两组居民外周血淋巴细胞亚群百分数(CD3~+、CD4~+CD8~-、CD4~-CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,TCR/CD3)。结果氡温泉组的CD3~+(t=-4.086,P<0.01)、CD4~+CD8~-(t=-5.7,P<0.01)、TCR/CD3(t=-2.318,P<0.05)和CD4~+/CD8~+(t=-4.991,P<0.01)均值显著高于对照组。氡温泉组CD4~-CD8~+显著低于对照组,且具有统计学意义(t=3.162,P<0.01)。结论高氡温泉能够引起居民外周血淋巴细胞亚群百分数的改变,可能会影响免疫功能。
Objective To observe the percentage change of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in residents around radon hot spring and analyze the effect of radon on human immune function. Methods A simple random sampling method was used to extract 42 residents around the radon hot spring and 44 residents who did not contact the radon hot spring. Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentages of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets (CD3 ~ +, CD4 ~ + CD8 ~ -, CD4 ~ -CD8 ~ +, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ +, TCR / CD3) in two groups. Results There were significant differences in the levels of CD3 ~ + (t = -4.086, P <0.01), CD4 ~ + CD8 ~ - (t = -5.7, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + (t = -4.991, P <0.01) was significantly higher than the control group. The levels of CD4 ~ -CD8 ~ + in radon hot spring group were significantly lower than those in control group (t = 3.162, P <0.01). Conclusion High radon hot springs can cause residents to change the percentage of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets, which may affect the immune function.
