目的:建立中药水煎液中人参皂苷Rg_1、Rb_1和三七皂苷R_1的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定三七及复方丹参滴丸水煎液中有效成分含量。结果:三七及复方丹参滴丸水煎液中人参皂苷Rg_1、Rb_1及三七皂苷R_13种成分均达到良好分离,在测定范围内线性良好,回收率在99.2%～100.4%之间。结论:所建立的定量方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于含三七皂苷类成分的中药制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of ginsenosides Rg_1, Rb_1 and notoginsenoside R_1 in Chinese medicine decoction. Methods: The content of active ingredients in Radix Notoginseng and Danshen Diwan decoction was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The components of ginsenosides Rg_1, Rb_1 and notoginsenoside R_3 of Panax notoginseng and Danshen Diwan decoction decoction were well separated, and the linearities were good in the range of determination. The recoveries ranged from 99.2% to 100.4%. Conclusion: The established quantitative method is simple and feasible, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of traditional Chinese medicine preparations containing notoginsenosides.
