以银川市常见地被植物马蔺为实验材料,利用LCi便携式光合仪系统测定马蔺在不同月份的光合生理指标,对其固碳释氧效益进行了量化对比分析。结果表明:马蔺的日光合作用曲线呈现双峰型,其日光合总量和固碳释氧效益在7月呈现最高,日光合总量212.30mmol/m2·d,固定二氧化碳量8.18g/m2·d,释放氧气量6.95g/m2·d。
Taking the common Iris plant in Yinchuan as experimental material, the photosynthetic physiological index of Iris lactea was measured by LCi portable photosynthesis system in different months, and the carbon and carbon fixation benefit was quantified and compared. The results showed that the curve of photosynthesis of Iris lactea showed a bimodal pattern. The total photosynthetic rate and carbon sequestration and oxygen release benefit of Iris lactea were the highest in July, the total photosynthetic rate was 212.30 mmol / m 2 · d, the amount of fixed carbon dioxide was 8.18 g / m 2 · D, the amount of oxygen released 6.95g / m2 · d.
