用针麻或指压穴位麻醉拔牙,国内已早有报导。我们在祖国医学针刺止痛“以痛为腧”及阿是穴取穴法的启示下,参考了各种指压麻醉拔牙的经验,采用指压牙龈的麻醉方法拔牙,自1974年7月至1975年5月,共试用于262例,收到比较满意的效果。初步体会这种方法简便、安全、易掌握且能节省时间,尤其儿童和对针刺恐惧的病人,更容易接受。
