把越来越多的工作中做转移到本地的市场,这已经成为全球性运作的企业获得成功的一个重要秘诀。创新是每个企业的技术生命线,研发部门则是创新的推动者。创新已经成为持久保持企业竟争力的强大重要支柱。为了保持持久旺盛的竞争力就必须在增长区域本地大力开展研发工作,这就意味着,要紧密联系客户、培养本地的专业技术人员以及增强本地的专业技术知识。因此,研发工作正在越来越多地从总部研发部门中解放分离出来,而转移到本地建起的自己的研发单元。

In order to maintain long-lasting strong competitiveness, we must vigorously carry out R & D work locally in the growth areas. This means that we must closely contact our customers, train local professional and technical personnel and enhance local expertise. As a result, research and development work is increasingly being liberated from the R & D department at headquarters and transferred to its own R & D unit built locally.
