铸件加工业是我国耗能较高的行业之一,其中熔炼工序能耗约占70%左右,由于金属材料的热物理性能各有差异,不同材质铸件的生产工艺会略有不同,因此,正确了解材料特性对铸件产品能耗的影响,合理计算铸件产品能耗是科学评价铸件生产企业能耗水平的关键。
