民事诉讼检察监督方式是民事检察工作的出发点和落脚点。如何定位和选择监督方式，关系到民事检察工作的生命力。基于立法现状和司法实践，应选择抗诉作为现行民事诉讼检察监督的惟一法定方式。
The way of procuratorial supervision of civil litigation is the starting point and ending point of civil procuratorial work. How to locate and choose the mode of supervision is related to the vitality of civil procuratorial work. Based on the status quo of legislation and judicial practice, protest should be chosen as the only legal method of procuratorial supervision of civil litigation.
