食管癌（esophageal carcinoma）为消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤。晚期局部食管癌手术治疗预后极差，易复发，以手术为基础的综合疗法在降低复发率方面有一定的效果。放射治疗是食管癌重要的辅助治疗手段，其治疗从传统的二维放疗到目前的容积弧形调强放疗、图像引导放疗、调强适形放疗、三维适形放疗等，精准度不断提高。目前关于食管癌的临床治疗有了新认识，尤其在术前与术后放射治疗及放化疗相结合方面进步明显，疗效显著。本文对食管癌放射治疗方式方法、技术方面的研究进展进行综述。“,”Esophagealn cancern isn an commonn malignantn tumorn ofn then digestiven system.
