仪陇属于农业县,经济文化落后,妇幼卫生事业发展缓慢。“母子安全”、“儿童优先”的世界趋势,改革开放的大环境,给我县妇幼卫生事业带来了生机和活力。1990年我县分别被卫生部、经贸部列为《加强中国基层妇幼卫生计划生育服务》、《妇幼卫生基础服务》合作项目县。我们抓住这个有利契机,以合作项目为动力,以外促内,使全县妇幼卫生事业得到迅速发展。一、开展合作项目引发了政府领导对妇幼卫生事业的重视,促进了群众的参与。妇幼卫生合作项目为贫困地区发展妇幼
