优化护理人员的心理健康水平,是发展人类健康事业,提高人们生命质量的前提,更是在新形势下护理管理者需要致力解决的重要课题。现代护理学要求护理人员必须具有健康的心理,然而,由于职业性质、特殊环境氛围、超负荷工作等给护士的心理造成了较大的压力,直接影响着护理人员的心理健康、护理工作质量和病员的康复。所以护理管理者必须从以下几个方面来维护本职业人群的心理健康:(1)更新观念,勿将“职业心理素质”与“职业道德”等同起来;(2)掌握影响护理人员心理健康的因素,并就护理人员的心理健康维护制订出相应的措施;(3)将教育管理与关心理解有机地结合起来,保持护理人员积极向上的愉悦心情;(4)制订相应的管理措施,维护护理人员的心理健康
Optimizing the mental health of nurses is a prerequisite for developing human health and improving people’s quality of life.
