目的掌握银川机场口岸鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊类4种医学媒介生物本底情况,掌握种类构成及季节消长情况,为口岸媒介生物控制提供科学依据。方法鼠类调查采用夹(笼)夜法,蚊类采用人帐诱捕法,蝇类采用捕蝇笼诱捕,蜚蠊采用盒式诱捕法,对捕获的鼠形动物、成蚊、蝇类和蜚蠊进行分类鉴定及统计分析。结果捕获鼠形动物32只,经鉴定隶属于1目3科4属4种;捕获成蚊7 072只,经鉴定隶属于1科2亚科3属4种,淡色库蚊为优势种,占捕获总数的70.86%,蚊类平均密度为110.5只/人工.h;捕获成蝇19 017只,经鉴定隶属于3科7属11种,丝光绿蝇为优势种,7~9月为高峰期,平均密度为306只/笼;调查捕获蜚蠊670只,经鉴定隶属于2科2属2种,平均密度为0.93只/盒,优势种为德国小蠊。结论本次调查较全面的掌握了银川机场医学媒介生物的本底情况,为积极开展口岸医学媒介生物防制工作提供了科学资料。
Objective To understand the biological background of four kinds of medical media such as rats, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches at the port of Yinchuan, master the species composition and seasonal fluctuation, and provide a scientific basis for the control of vector in port. Methods Rodents were investigated by sandwich (cage) night method, mosquito by human trap method, flies catching with flycatchers and cockroach by box-trap method. The captured mice, adult mosquitoes, flies, and flies The classification and identification of cockroaches and statistical analysis. Results Totally 32 murine animals were captured and identified, belonging to 4 genera, 4 families, 1 head, 3 families and 4 catches of 4 adult genera, and 7 072 adult mosquitoes were captured. Four species belonging to 3 genera, 1 subfamily, and 2 subfamilies were identified. Culex pipiens pallens dominant species, accounting for 70.86% of the total number of captured mosquitoes, the average density of mosquitoes was 110.5 / artificial h, 19 017 were captured into flies, 11 species belonging to 7 genera of 3 families were identified, and the dominant species was Lucilia sericata from July to September With an average density of 306 per cage; 670 cockroaches were captured and investigated. They were identified as belonging to 2 genera and 2 genera with an average density of 0.93 per box and the dominant species was German cockroach. Conclusion The survey comprehensively grasped the background of the medical media organisms in Yinchuan Airport and provided scientific materials for actively carrying out biological control of medical media at ports.
