文章认为, 个体私营经济与国有、集体经济同属于现阶段我国经济发展的重要生力军, 正确选择农村个体私营经济的战略发展方向, 对实现农业现代化和农村城市化具有积极地促进作用。作者提出, 根据我国国情, 农村个体私营经济发展的战略选择应是: 以第三产业为主, 将运销企业作为重点, 实行多样化的经济运作形式。实施上述战略选择应具备相应的条件: (1) 政策导向、扶植, 确保运销企业发展; (2 ) 强化教育培训,提高干部及农民的现代经营管理水平。
The article holds that individual and private economy and state-owned and collective economy belong to the important new force of our country’s economic development at present stage. The correct choice of strategic direction of individual and private economy in rural areas plays a positive role in promoting agricultural modernization and rural urbanization. The author proposes that according to China’s national conditions, the strategic choices for the development of rural private economy should be based on the tertiary industry, focusing on the shipping and marketing enterprises and implementing diversified forms of economic operation. The implementation of the above strategic choices should have the following conditions: (1) Policy orientation, support and development to ensure the development of the shipping and distribution enterprises; (2) To strengthen education and training so as to enhance the modern management level of cadres and peasants.
