在普通外圆磨床上超精磨削细长轴,一直是老大难问题,特别是当工件的长径比超过30(L/D>30)时,尤为困难。我们经过长期反复试验,实践表明,只要检修、调整好机床,合理地选择好砂轮、磨削用量和工艺过程,就可能达到细长轴的技术要求。本文介绍的这种磨削细长轴的新方法,其特点是在磨削过程中随时可知道切削力、挤压力的大小,特别适用于难加工材料和硬质材料的超精磨。对于长径比L/D≥50的细长轴超精磨尤为适宜。
It is a constant problem to over-hone slender shafts in common cylindrical grinding machines, especially when the aspect ratio of the part exceeds 30 (L / D> 30). After a long period of trial and error, our practice shows that it is possible to meet the technical requirements of the slender shaft as long as maintenance, adjustment of the machine tool, reasonable selection of grinding wheel, grinding dosage and process. The new method of grinding slender shaft introduced in this paper is characterized by cutting force and squeezing force at any time in the grinding process and is especially suitable for the ultra-precision grinding of difficult-to-machine materials and hard materials. For the aspect ratio L / D ≥ 50 slender shaft superfine grinding is particularly suitable.
