自噬是真核细胞所特有的细胞内物质成分被溶酶体降解过程的统称,可以把细胞内废弃的蛋白、受损的细胞器和其他生物大分子等有害物质清除,并使降解产物得以重复利用。自噬在细胞的病理过程中发挥着重要作用,正常的细胞自噬和异常的细胞自噬分别发挥着阻止恶性肿瘤的发生和促进恶性肿瘤的发生的作用。膀胱癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来研究表明自噬与膀胱癌发生发展有着密切的关系,自噬在膀胱癌化疗及综合治疗方面的作用也被进一步认识,各种抗肿瘤药物与自噬的关系也被初步了解,可以为膀胱癌的治疗提供新的方向。
