新生儿一过性糖尿病是新生儿时期一种罕见的糖代谢紊乱症,国内外报告甚少,现将我院1981和1984年收治的2例报告如下。病例1,住院号381296,女,15天。系一胎一产,足月顺产,出生体重3500克,出生情况良好。生后6小时开始喂母奶,生后11天开始溢奶,日2～3次,量少吃奶减少。入院当天出现烦躁,发烧,体温38℃,肢冷而急诊入院。病后无腹泻,尿特别多。母亲及家族中无糖尿病患者。体检:体温35.5℃,呼吸42次/分,
Neonatal transient diabetes mellitus is a rare neonatal period of glucose metabolism disorders, few reports at home and abroad, now our hospital in 1981 and 1984, 2 cases were reported as follows.
