随着《中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅关于转发建设部等单位关于<在京中央和国家机关进一步深化住房制度改革实施方案>的通知》(厅字[1999]10号)等与住房制度改革相关文件的陆续出台,十年间清华大学的住房制度改革也在不断地深化和完善之中。住房分配已经从实物型分配转变到货币分配。
