以丝瓜品种“农福丝瓜601”为试材,将其幼苗分别置于光照百分率为100%(对照)、70%、50%和30%的人工控制光环境下处理,研究弱光胁迫对丝瓜生长和生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:光照强度对丝瓜的生长和生理生化特性有着显著的影响,随着弱光胁迫强度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,丝瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、株重、叶面积、根冠比都有不同程度的降低,且与对照相比,差异较显著;在弱光环境中,丝瓜叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和可溶性糖含量都呈下降的趋势;与对照相比,弱光胁迫显著提高了丝瓜叶片的可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸含量,且提高了丝瓜叶片的细胞膜透性。
