目的:通过观察大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及肌酸激酶(CK)活性的变化探讨瓜蒌皮和前列地尔预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,MRI)是否有保护性,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:建立SD大鼠的MRI模型,通过Tunel法检测组织样本的细胞凋亡情况,并收集各实验组MRI后的心脏血液,然后分离血清,使用试剂盒检测各组血清中NO和MDA含量、SOD及CK活性进行研究。结果:瓜蒌皮和前列地尔半剂量联合组的凋亡细胞数、MDA含量、CK活性较其他各实验组均明显降低,SOD活性、NO含量升高,且有统计学意义(P<0.05);瓜蒌皮单用药组也表现为凋亡细胞数、MDA含量、CK活性的表达量降低,SOD活性、NO含量升高,但程度不如两组联合用药组。结论:在MRI中,瓜蒌皮可起到一定的保护作用,并且瓜蒌皮与前列地尔联合应用更有利于对心肌细胞的保护~([1])。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of serum nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and creatine kinase (CK) in rat serum Pretreatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, MRI is protective, and explore its possible mechanism. Methods: The MRI model of SD rats was established. The apoptosis of tissue samples was detected by Tunel method. The heart blood samples were collected after MRI in each experimental group. Then the serum was separated and the serum contents of NO and MDA were detected by kit. SOD and CK activity were studied. Results: The apoptotic cell number, MDA content and CK activity in the combined group of melon skin and alprostadil were significantly lower than those in other experimental groups, while the activity of SOD and the content of NO were significantly increased (P <0.05 ). The results showed that the number of apoptotic cells, the content of MDA and the activity of CK were also decreased, while the activity of SOD and the content of nitric oxide were increased in single group. However, the degree of apoptosis was not as good as that in the two groups. Conclusion: Guava can play a protective role in MRI, and the combination of melon skin and alprostadil is more conducive to the protection of cardiomyocytes ([1]).
