目的:探讨血液分析仪对急慢性白血病检验的作用,从而避免白血病的漏诊现象。方法:随机抽取急慢性白血病患者40例(其中慢性白血病患者有7例,急性白血病患者有33例),另选取40例健康体检者作为对照,分别通过血液分析仪对其进行血液学检验,对所检测的数据结果进行比较分析。结果:慢性白血病患者的血红蛋白为(32.5±10.4)g/L,急性白血病患者的血红蛋白为(34.4±6.1)g/L,而健康正常人员的血红蛋白为(120.4±22.5)g/L,即急慢性白血病的外周血血红蛋白都低于健康正常人员;慢性白血病患者的白细胞值为(105.3±0.3)×109/L,CRP值为(185.4±4.1)mg/L;急性白血病患者的白细胞值为(90.2±0.7)×109/L,CRP值为(112.5±4.5)mg/L;健康正常人员的白细胞值为(10.4±1.2)×109/L,CRP值为(40.7±3.5)mg/L,即急慢性白血病患者的白细胞值、CRP值都明显高于健康正常人员(P>0.05),上述指标值在急慢性白血病间差异无显著性(P<0.05)。结论:通过血液分析仪对白血病患者进行血液检验效果良好,有一定优势,能准确得到诊断结果,有一定的临床意义,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hematology analyzer on acute and chronic leukemia test, so as to avoid the missed diagnosis of leukemia. Methods: A total of 40 patients with acute and chronic leukemia (including 7 chronic leukemia patients and 33 acute leukemia patients) were enrolled in this study. Forty healthy subjects were selected as controls, and their blood tests were performed by hematology analyzer. The data detected by the results of comparative analysis. Results: Hemoglobin was (32.5 ± 10.4) g / L in patients with chronic leukemia, (34.4 ± 6.1) g / L in patients with acute leukemia, and (120.4 ± 22.5) g / L in healthy controls The peripheral blood hemoglobin in patients with chronic leukemia was lower than that in healthy controls. The white blood cell count was (105.3 ± 0.3) × 109 / L and the CRP was (185.4 ± 4.1) mg / L in patients with chronic leukemia. The white blood cell count in patients with acute leukemia was (10.4 ± 1.2) × 109 / L, CRP was (40.7 ± 3.5) mg / L, and the CRP was (112.5 ± 4.5) mg / L and 90.2 ± 0.7 × 109 / The CRP values of patients with acute and chronic leukemia were significantly higher than those of healthy controls (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the above indexes in acute and chronic leukemia (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hematology analyzer has a good effect on blood test by leukemia analyzer. It has certain advantages and can get accurate diagnosis results. It has some clinical significance and is worth popularizing.
