搞好集中学习教育活动,树立组工干部良好形象,要重点抓好三方面的工作。一是找准位置,服务大局。在超常规跨越式发展的伟大实践中,组织部门的职能作用如何发挥,组工干部的表现如何,直接关系到在社会上和党员干部心目中的形象。树组工干部良好形象,必须适应工作大局需要,把组织工作放到大局中找准位置。要认清形势,吃透党委工作的总体思路。这样,才会有一个明确的指导思想,使组织工作更好地为中心服务。
