Composition categories: narrative, argumentation essay, description, proposition essay and so on. Awards set: The highest award for works of special prize, and set one, two, three prize three levels. Counseling awards set one, two, three awards three levels. Call for Papers: With effect from December 31, 2009. The local date sent by the manuscript shall prevail.
