在1953年全国开展增产节約运动时,我們就觉得衛生事業單位,只有多从节約着手,因对于增产方面觉得較比困难;但是事实告訴了我們,增产节約在药房里还是同样的重要。茲仅將这几年来所获得的一点經驗体会,介紹給各位药工同志作参考。第一:关于药品方面的增产节約問題,主要採取下列步驟: (一) 整理全院庫存,做好按月报表,並將常用药与非常用药分开。常用药可以繼續採購,而非常用药則設法使用,用完为止。我們
