从刚体定轴转动特征出发,构建了对接接头焊接角变形的动力学模型并进行了分析。认为,对接接头焊接角变形与刚体定轴转动特征相同;通过对焊接角变形动态过程曲线进行动力学分析,可以得到焊接过程中角变形驱动力矩变化情况,为研究焊接变形机理提供了一个新的方向,同时也为焊接角变形的控制提供了理论基础。
Based on the rotation characteristics of the rigid body fixed shaft, the dynamic model of the welded joint deformation was established and analyzed. It is considered that the deformation of the welding angle of the butt joint is the same as that of the rigid body fixed axis. Through the dynamic analysis of the dynamic process curve of the welding angle deformation, the change of the angular deformation driving torque during welding can be obtained, providing a new Direction, but also provides a theoretical basis for the control of welding angle deformation.
