“自选游戏与师生关系”是由研究人员与幼儿园教师、管理人员等组成课题组研究的一个课题。该课题主要采用行动研究法,从游戏开展中存在的问题入手,结合专题培训、现场指导、案例分析、教学研讨等方式,探索有关规律。这里,主要介绍该课题的研究性实践在哪些方面促进了教师的专业化成长,使教师在师生相互作用中,不断端正教育观念,改善教育实践。
“The game of choice and teacher-student relationship” is a subject that researchers and kindergarten teachers, managers and other components of the research group. The subject mainly uses the action research method, starting from the problems existing in the development of the game, and explores the relevant laws in combination with special training, on-site guidance, case studies and teaching discussions. Here, the research practice that mainly introduces the subject promotes the professional growth of teachers in which aspects, so that teachers can constantly correct their educational concepts and improve their educational practices in the interaction between teachers and students.
