目前继电保护产品多为微机保护装置,其供电形式无一例外地采用了开关电源,开关电源老化失效是该类产品故障的一个主要因素,特别是近年来数字化保护的大量应用,其光功率器件对开关电源提出了更高的性能要求。提出了实时监测开关电源输出纹波的变化趋势来判别开关电源性能和寿命的方法,以实现预警功能。并在此理论方法的基础上完成了开关电源故障预警智能组件的设计研发工作,该组件已经运用到现场运行的微机保护装置中,可进一步提高装置的年利用率,有效实现故障的提前预警。研究结果表明该方法可靠有效,具有实用性。
