1对象与方法1·1对象2003~2004年我院内分泌科住院患者14例,均符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊断,其中男4人,女10人,平均年龄52~78岁,病程2~30年,均为泌尿系感染致败血症患者。1·2临床表现发热14例,体温37·9~40·5℃寒战11例,呈弛张热14例。有尿频,尿急,尿痛等尿路刺激症状10例。血WBC
