据报导发病24小时内的登革热患者血清中含有10~(-6)/毫升的病毒量,分离病毒的结果亦有发病第8天患者血液中还有病毒存在。为了解Ⅱ型登革病毒引起流行之患者发病初期至5病日血液中病毒量,于86年我们在临高县美珠乡对7例登革热患者连续5天取血,测定其血液中的病毒量,现将结果报导如下:
