我国每年约有1500万吨高炉矿渣。为了节约能源,保护环境和开辟石材资源,我们进行了全矿渣混凝土性能及其应用的试验研究工作,现介绍如下。一、矿渣混凝土骨料 1.矿渣的化子成份与体积稳定性不同颜色的高炉重矿渣化学成分见表1: 由上述碱性高炉矿渣的化学成分,经查CaO—Al_2O_3—SiO_2系统相图可知,其矿物组成主要是由C_2S、α—CS(假硅灰石)、C_3S_2(硅钙石)和C_2AS(铝方柱石)等组成。由表1可见,矿渣的颜色随Fe_2O_3含量
There are about 15 million tons of blast furnace slag annually in China. In order to save energy, protect the environment and open up the stone resources, we conducted the experimental research on the performance and application of the entire slag concrete. 1. Chemical composition and volume stability of slag The chemical composition of different colors of blast furnace heavy slag is shown in Table 1: The chemical composition of the above-mentioned alkaline blast furnace slag is known from the phase diagram of the CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 system.
