济南市历城区近日,济南市历城区编办对所属15个乡镇(街道办事处)的机构改革工作进行了检查评估。检查评估的主要内容包括:各乡镇(街道办事处)机构改革方案的执行情况;在转变职能、理顺部门职责关系、明确和强化责任等方面所采取的措施、取得的成效;在清理归并限额外自定行政机构和事业单位方面的进展情况;健全基层管理体制的情况;机构设置落实及挂牌情况;实名制工作情况等九个方面。从检查情况看,各有关乡镇(街道办事处)按照统一要求,严格程序,规范运行,强化服务,初步达到了乡镇机构改革的目的,有力地促进了各项工作的开展。

Judging from the inspection, all relevant townships and sub-districts (sub-district offices) have basically reached the goal of reforming township and town organizations in accordance with the unified requirements, strict procedures, standardized operation and service enhancement, which effectively promoted the development of various tasks.
